Delivery Timeframes:

  • Once your Berylle order is packaged, we'll send it on its way using our trusted shipping partners like BVC Logistics, DTDC, and  Blue dart. Delivery time can vary depending on your location.
  • Fastest Delivery: You can expect your sparkling Berylle to arrive in as little as 1 week, in some locations.
  • Longest Wait: In case of customisation or unforeseen delays due to shipping, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
  • We understand you're excited to flaunt your new jewels, so we'll send you tracking information via email and SMS as soon as your order ships. This way, you can follow your package's sparkly journey!

Shipping Process:

  • Once your order is placed and full payment is received, it'll be considered confirmed.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, please note our standard delivery time frame is 1-8 weeks.
  • In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, you'll be promptly notified of any changes to the estimated delivery time.
  • For security purposes, our team may reach out to request identification verification from the person receiving the parcel. This ensures your package is delivered safely into the right hands.

  • We use trusted luxury logistics services, and all shipments are insured for your peace of mind.

Important Note:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pieces that are:

  • Customised especially for you 
  • Ordered with the wrong size (refer to size guide)
  • Used or damaged (excluding transit damage)
  • Exhibit minor colour or design variations (inherent to handcrafted jewelry using natural stones)
  • Not faulty
