Berylle Return and Exchange Policy

At Berylle, we create handcrafted treasures designed to bring you joy. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines our return & exchange options to ensure a smooth and sparkly experience.

Returns & Exchanges:

Since each Berylle piece is meticulously crafted just for you, under normal circumstances, they cannot be returned. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece, ensuring it undergoes rigorous quality control before reaching you.

However, we recognize that mistakes can happen. Did your precious Berylle arrive damaged in transit, or perhaps you received the wrong item? Fear not! We're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your Berylle arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, we'll be happy to replace it for you. Simply contact us with images and videos of the damaged/incorrect item within 24 hours of receipt. We'll then be in touch to discuss the best course of action, which may include a replacement.

For a speedy resolution, email us at care@beryllejewellery.com  with "Damaged/Incorrect Item - Order [Your Order Number]" in the subject line. Include clear, close-up photos and videos showcasing the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and assign a dedicated manager to look into the situation. Once approved, we'll initiate a replacement of the same design. We'll also arrange pickup of the original item in its original packaging for a seamless return.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Size Exchanges:

At Berylle, we meticulously create each piece to your exact specifications for a perfect fit. Unfortunately, due to this customization, we cannot offer replacements for size changes after order confirmation.

Important Note:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for pieces that are:

  • Customised especially for you 
  • Ordered with the wrong size (refer to size guide)
  • Used or damaged (excluding transit damage)
  • Exhibit minor colour or design variations (inherent to handcrafted jewelery using natural stones)
  • Not faulty
